Scouting is open to all and we are always open to anyone that wants to come along and try it out!
This gives you the opportunity to see what Scouting is all about, so give it a go – all you need to do is come along to one of our great Sections and try it out, and then decide if you’d like to join up, of course, you will because it’s an amazing adventure! We have five sections (Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers & Rovers). The Sections meet at different times and are for different age groups:
Joey Scouts – 6-7 years olds – meeting on Monday nights from 5:30pm till 7:00pm
Cub Scouts – 8-10 years olds – meeting on Monday nights from 7:00pm till 8:30pm
Scouts – 11-14 years olds – meeting on Tuesday nights from 7:30pm till 9:30pm
Venturer Scouts – 15-17 years olds – meeting on Tuesday nights from 7:30pm till 9:30pm
Rover Scouts – 18-25 years olds – meeting on Thursday nights from 7:30pm till 9:30pm
